Iserve issue prevents customers getting through to sites

The outage started about 7:30 this morning and affected all of the sites which Phosphor hosts where DNS is registered with IServe. (as well as many others) It was described as follows:
Network issues with an upstream provider are preventing many customers
from getting through to iSERVE hosted sites...
---update 9:53am ----
Our upstream providers have advised that they have isolated the issue
and are currently working to resolve a hardware issue. We will post
further updates as information comes to hand.

Service came back online about 10:45AM.
