Wizbang - Food Kiosk Integration

Phosphor collaborated with Wizbang, New Zealand's leading hospitality Point of Sale (POS) system to integrate the Wizbang API with Phosphor Food Kiosks.

Phosphor's Front-of-House Kiosks Integration with Wizbang POS

1. Customised Front-of-House Kiosks: Phosphor designed and developed interactive self-service kiosks based on one of Wizbang's clients. 

2. User-Centric Interface: The user interface of the kiosks was designed with a focus on user-friendliness. It featured high-resolution images of menu items, detailed descriptions, customisation options, and real-time pricing. 

3. Integration with Wizbang POS System:  Phosphor collaborated closely with Wizbang's technical team to ensure a smooth integration process. This integration allowed for real-time order processing and synchronisation of data between the kiosks and the POS system.

4. Order Customisation and Payment: The kiosks are an example of how customers could customize their orders, choosing ingredients, portion sizes, and dietary preferences, all while seeing the total cost in real-time. The kiosks supported various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash.
