The brief was to replace SKYCITY's older loyalty kiosks with new
software which would deliver new functionality including multi
language, points per visit, car park redemption. The Action Rewards
card is a mag stripe card which combined with a PIN number allows
the user to use the kiosk.
The SKYCITY loyalty kiosk integrates with
the Action Rewards programme and allows customers to view points
earned in the casino, restaurants, bars, and hotel. Points can be
redeemed to pay for parking and other products and services at
SKYCITY. The kiosk also allows customers take part in competitions
and promotions for Action Rewards Cardholders. The easy-to-use
interface allows SKYCITY to add new promotions and set times for
competitions.
