Moore Wilson's supply many of the cafes, caterers, and
restaurants in Wellington as well as being open to the public.
A unique Deli and fresh food store, a huge selection of wines,
beers and spirits plus small appliances, kitchen utensils, glasses,
crockery and an enormous toy department makes this a special place
to shop, and the envy of many of us in Auckland.
Moore Wilson's were one of the earliest retailers in New Zealand
to reward customers with a loyalty card, they were also one of
Phosphor's first clients for retail
kiosks.
After about 10 years of service, the kiosks were replaced with
new hardware and software this year. Larger screens and a faster
processor on the new NCR Self Serv
60 kiosks has allowed extra functionality in the kiosk
application.
New software connects to the loyalty database and integrates our
Intellicast digital signage and Umbraco CMS for video, ads, event
information and specials.
Price checking by scanning product barcodes is another feature
which is useful for staff and customers. Loyalty card holders
collect rewards and view points balances on the kiosk by scanning
their loyalty cards.
